Following the government announcements about the progressive deconfinement, we are pleased to announce that all our agencies will reopen on Wednesday, May 19, 2021.

Property viewings will be able to continue, without any restrictions related to the purchase of a second or main home. Therefore, our teams will be at your entire disposal, whatever your real estate project may be.

The Michaël Zingraf Real Estate Group is committed to do everything in its power to guarantee the safety of all, in compliance with barrier measures and sanitary rules (compulsory wearing of masks, distribution of hydroalcoholic gel, physical distancing, etc.), both within our agencies and during property viewings.

Following the announcement of the 3rd lockdown in France, the government has decided to allow property visits.

Although our french agencies will remain closed to the public for the next few weeks, villas and apartments visits will still be possible.

However, these visits must be for the purpose of acquiring a main residence and, of course, must be carried out with the utmost respect for barrier measures and health regulations.

In some areas affected by this lockdown, a local geographical perimeter could be added to these visits' permission. We will keep you informed on our website and on our social networks of the evolution of the rules related to real estate activity during the next weeks.

• Our advertisements remain active on the web, on all the usual national and international portals as well as on numerous marketing supports;

• Our information and news, on our website and our social networks, are regularly updated in order to remain as close as possible to you.

As the Swiss government has not announced any further lockdown, our Gstaad agency remains open and at your entire disposal.
