Luxury boats: what are the most coveted models?

Yachts

Yachts are without a doubt the most luxurious type of pleasure boat. They are also the biggest the largest in the world measures over 180 meters long! Originally, there were two types of yachts on the market: yachts with sails and yachts with engines. Nowadays, the term is mostly used to describe a yacht with an engine. The smallest yachts measure 7 meters long. The most coveted yachts however generally exceed 30 meters: people sometimes refer to them as super-yachts for boats over 40 meters, and luxury yachts for boats exceeding 50 meters. 
Super-yachts and luxury yachts are extremely luxurious and look like floating palaces. They offer a wide range of services and amenities: gym, night clubs, cinemas, spas, pools (indoor and outdoor depending on the model), conference rooms, adjoining submarine (for the most prestigious ranges). 

Barges

Initially, barges were used to transport goods along the river and were sized according to the Freycinet gauge. The very first models had a wooden hull, but metal gradually took over. Freycinet gauge barges traditionally measured 38.5 meters long and 5.05 meters wide. Nowadays, some barges have been turned into pleasure boats, for occasional outings or to live on. These boats are comfortable inside, and mean people can live out on the water and along rivers throughout the world. 

Sailing boats

Sailing boats are the most highly acclaimed pleasure boats in the sailing world. As the leading mode of transport for medium- and long-distance transport, they are elegant and prestigious, and used by anyone who is passionate about sailing. The most high-end models also meet buyer requirements in terms of excellence.
