YOUR MISSIONS :
- Ensure administrative and relational management with tenants and Customers
- Visiting the properties with the Clients
- Carrying out various technical, administrative or management operations
- Ensure telephone permanence
- Drafting all correspondence, mandates and contracts
- Filing and archiving
- Carrying out computer data entry and responding to the various requests of the sales agents with whom the Michaël Zingraf Real Estate Group maintains commercial relations
- Carrying out all tasks related to the management of the "Property Management" activity.

REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Mastery of sales techniques (welcoming clients, listening, studying demand, making proposals in line with client expectations) with a high-end and international clientele
- Ability to develop a market
- Knowledge of the prestige property market
PROFILE SOUGHT :
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with excellent interpersonal and commercial skills (reception, listening, availability), as well as a good knowledge of computer tools.
Fluency in foreign languages is essential: fluent English is a must. A first successful experience in a similar position is required.
