You have just purchased a property in the South of France but you don’t wish or you simply haven’t got the time to manage it, we would be most happy to do it for you.

We understand how precious your time is, that is why we propose to take over your daily concerns.

1. Financial and Administrative Management: we will supervise and pay the different expenses related to your property and will provide complementary services in terms of insurance (quotation, new subscription, assistance in case of damage). We will send you a personalized report every month.
2. House staff management: whether you have permanent or temporary employed staff, we will take over the staff management. From housekeeping to general maintenance we take care of every single detail: swimming pool, garden, heating, air conditioning…
3. Refurbishment and decoration works: we guide you through the realisation of your refurbishment and decoration projects. We will find the best and most renowned craftsmen, insure the follow up and control of the works.

   Event planning and additional services

From your arrival we will do everything in our power to make the stay in your villa exceptional. We will prepare your property before your arrival and offer exceptional services during your stay: from the best personal chef, to boat or jet charter, car hire, baby sitter…

We would me most happy to assist you in the organisation of a special event or reception.

   Rental Management

Michaël Zingraf Real Estate Rental department offers a wide range of rental services. If you wish to list your property on the rental market the Michaël Zingraf team will handle everything from viewing the property with potential clients to signing the lease, and passing by preparing the villa for the client’s arrival and stay.
