The ten agencies belonging to Michaël Zingraf Real Estate, located in the most emblematic towns of Provence and the French Riviera propose properties both for sale and seasonal rental, in addition to a range of customised services. And thanks to the network provided by Christie’s International Real Estate, Michaël Zingraf now enjoys a significant international position in some of the most remarkable destinations on our planet (Saint-Barth, the Canaries, Marrakech, Switzerland, Austria, Bali, Thailand, Tuscany, South Africa, etc.).

The group employs over fifty consultants, half of whom are foreign (English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Russian, Ukranian, Italian, etc) to satisfy the requirements and demands of our 85% international clientele, chiefly coming from the United Kingdom, the Benelux, Scandinavia and the countries of the former USSR.

The agency’s portfolio boasts over 2000 properties for sale, at prices ranging from 1 to 200 million €.

MZ Gestion also deals with comprehensive conciergerie services.

MZ Finance

Michaël Zingraf Real Estate offers its clientele brokerage services through its MZ Finance branch. For an assessment and optimisation of property assets, it will establish contact between clients and any private and business bank in London, Luxemburg, Geneva, and Monaco. MZ Finance also handles wealth management and insurance.
